Heirloom System provides studio management software to photography businesses. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect personal information — including information about photographers who use our platform and their clients.
By using Heirloom System or submitting your information through a photographer's studio website powered by Heirloom System, you agree to this policy.
We collect information you provide directly: name, email address, phone number, and any notes submitted through contact or booking forms.
We also collect technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited for analytics and security purposes.

Message frequency varies by studio. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Phone numbers collected through contact forms are used solely to communicate with you about your inquiry or booking. We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.
SMS consent is collected separately from other agreements and is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
We use your information to respond to inquiries, manage bookings, send appointment reminders and session updates, and improve our platform.
